Celebration of the charter of ZONTA Club Andalucia Granada

 The Charter ceremony of the 3rd Zonta Club founded in Spain, the Zonta Club of
Andalucia Granada, was held on September 23 - 25
It was an unforgettable and wonderful event, full of enjoyment and happiness.
All our congratulations must go to Raquel Perez Solachi and the new enthusiastic
Zontians who have created a Zonta club in their beautiful city of Granada

Celebration of the charter of ZONTA Club Hamm/ Unna

Charter President Dr. Ilse Stemplewski
Twenty-five successful working women of the region Hamm/ Unna have joined our
international network of working women, establishing the ZONTA club Hamm/ Unna.
 The celebration of the charter of the new ZONTA club took place on the 9th April
2011.
Senior mayor of Hamm Thomas Hunsteger-Petermann and mayor of Unna Werner Kolter
have shown their great support for the activities of the ZONTA women
The ZONTA club Hamm/ Unna is involved in the project “PALME” in Hamm, which is
education focused, organizing preventive training for parents in order to
support single mothers. It aims at improving both the competence of parents and
the relation between mother and child
On the evening of the charter celebration a Young Woman in Public Affairs club
award was given to a student to honour her honorary efforts for the public.
The charter celebration was a wonderful ceremony and a worthy occasion to thank
all those who have given, and are going to give outstanding services for the
improvement of the situation of women in our society.

Dear all,
Our Charter event was a big success.
It was a week-end full of friendship, warmth, and everybody appreciated the
different events which were organized
14 Zonta-clubs took part during the 2 days and celebrated with
politicians,mayors and deputies fom the Landtag of NRW,sponsors and members of
other service-clubs.
The club of Viersen, which took the decision to found this new club is proud of
its accomplishment and so happy to see the ZONTA -family getting bigger.
Our new club is made of young and dynamic members ,who made a success of a so
beautiful event.
Congratulations and a BIG thank -you to all of you!
